TERMS:
1. Long distance show choirs are any choirs not in the states of IN, IL, OH, MI, and parts of KY. Please see terms 7 and 8.
2. A payment plan must be set up prior to first practice date. Plan could be, payment up front, payment in quarterly set dates, payment at last practice, or half/half on set dates.
3. Zac will keep track of hours worked and will send the director a "time card" at the time of payment. Please keep track yourself and compare with your time card, all issues will be settled fairly.
4. Zac has the right to cancel practice. Practice can be canceled for hazardous weather conditions in Ft. Wayne, your area, or the area in between, as well as any issues that need immediate attention. The director also has the right to cancel practice, but will still be responsible for all hotel/airfare cost if Zac is inbound, already in transit, or at the location.
5. In order to provide top notch choreography, Zac need to have sheet music, CD/tape with the words and cuts, and the notes for the show no later than 2 weeks before practice date for that number.
6. "Emergency Practices" can be called by the director with a minimum of 2 day notice. In some cases 1 day or a few hours ahead of time with be accepted depending on schedule and distance. These practices will be charged the "EP" charge of $65.00/hour.
7. If you are more than 4 hours but less than 6 hours away you will be required to book and pay for a hotel room, when an overnight stay is required.
*Hotel room must be booked for night before practice if practice begins at 11 am or earlier.
*Hotel room must be booked for night of pactice if practice ends at 7pm or later.
*Hotel room must be booked for each night of practice.
*Hotel is at your expense and must be booked one week ahead of time.
8. For choirs more than 6 hours away
*Airfare may be required and will be at your cost.
*Please discuss with Zac to determine if airfare will be required.
*Transportation will be needed from airport to hotel or practice location.
*All hotel info of term #7 applies (excluding times).
